Here at Nonprofit Talent and Development, we have two goals: finding organizations excellent candidates who are passionate about mission-based organizations and training emerging leaders to become great leaders through executive coaching and training courses.
How do we do this? By attracting companies and employees who are dedicated to mission-based work, share a vision of the future, and realize that the foundation of any successful nonprofit is the staff. In addition to organization-candidate matchmaking, NPTD provides top leadership development programs that are designed to fine-tune the skills leaders need to succeed in today’s complex business and nonprofit world. Darryl Shelton
Darryl is a certified Professional Coach and Trainer who has more than 30 years of experience coaching emerging leaders, senior-level employees and leading professional development training to individuals looking to identify and strengthen their leadership skills. Darryl cares deeply about nonprofit organizations and believes they are the foundation of any community’s success. His past and current clients range from large universities to very small nonprofit organizations. He has facilitated thousands of employees as they navigate the journey of finding the right long-term career.
As a CEO for both corporate businesses and nonprofit organizations, Darryl was a very hands-on leader whose goals drove his workplace towards success. An outstanding speaker and presenter, he’s skilled at inspiring program participants and instilling within them the necessary toolsets they need to achieve academic and organizational goals.
Danielle Shelton
Danielle brings over 10 years of experience working in mission-based organizations to NPTD. To clients, Danielle provides personalized initial consultation in areas of recruitment, project management, and organizational effectiveness. Her clients range from school districts to mid-size nonprofit organizations. Danielle specializes in working with organizations that need to implement change and ensures her clients are set up for success by the time the project is completed.
From her experience in staffing, Danielle has gained a wealth of knowledge to pass onto job seekers. She excels at identifying candidate strengths and finding them long-term, fulfilling employment. Danielle has been praised for her excellent communication, thoughtfulness, and project to completion efficiency.
