His focus lies in delivering top-tier professional development training/coaching, and steering organizations towards their DEI aspirations. Darryl’s passion for nonprofit organizations runs deep; he staunchly believes in their integral role in fostering community triumph.

With a background as the former CEO of both corporate and nonprofit entities, Darryl has consistently orchestrated triumph through a hands-on leadership approach. His forte lies in aiding organizations to construct diverse, equitable, and inclusive settings. By tailoring strategies to each entity’s unique requisites, he expedites the achievement of positive and just outcomes.

Danielle brings over 10 years of experience working in mission-based organizations to NPTD. To clients, Danielle provides personalized initial consultation in areas of recruitment, project management, and organizational effectiveness. Her clients range from school districts to mid-size nonprofit organizations. Danielle specializes in working with organizations that need to implement change and ensures her clients are set up for success by the time the project is completed. 

Drawing from her extensive background in staffing and recruitment, Danielle has amassed a wealth of insights to impart to individuals on the hunt for employment. She demonstrates exceptional proficiency in recognizing the strengths of candidates, offering guidance on interview techniques, furnishing valuable resume and cover letter critiques, as well as expertly advising on targeted job search strategies, all aimed at achieving the ultimate objective of securing lasting and gratifying career opportunities.
