Why I Do This Work
Early in my career I observed leaders with enormous responsibility who lacked the skills and frameworks to succeed. I also saw mid‑level professionals with potential who lacked direction, voice and confidence. I started NPTD because I believe leadership isn’t reserved for the few—it belongs to anyone willing to grow, learn and step into their influence.
